Product Information

The multi-award winning EasyflushEVO is our latest sensor-activated WC dual flush valve that is easy to install, as a retrofit or new build installation.

EasyflushEVO has been specifically designed to save water and be sustainable. There is no flush seal below the water line, so unlike traditional WC flush drop valves it will not leak due to debris, scale, or degradation of the seal.

The unique, patented design, means that no other sensor product offers the same level of confidence by reducing flush volumes via a sensor, or addresses the challenges of leaking loos, in the same way.

Manufactured to high standards, the stylish and robust sensor surround is made from high-grade polished stainless steel and has the options for mains or battery power, out of the box as standard.

Features and benefits

Product FAQs

We’re here to Help!

Q
Can I check what kind of indicators I should see for normal sensor function after user activation?
A

EasyflushEVO Wave and Walkaway mode user activation:

  • 1 green LEDs single flash one per second = part flush
  • 2 green LEDs single flash one per second = full flush
  • Alternating 3 green LEDs rising = re-flush has been requested
Q
I have completed the installation but there seems to be no water entering the cistern. What can I do?
A

Things to check:

  • No obvious indicator.

Solution: Ensure that the water supply is connected and the fill valve is operating correctly. Check filters for blockages.

  • The sensor may be covered.

Solution: Anti vandal mode has been triggered. The object/debris needs to be removed from the sensor and the valve will resume normal functionality.

Q
I have completed the installation but the flush valve does not seem to be working at all. How can I fix this?
A

Things to check:

  • Is the sensor light not flashing when a hand is placed in front of it?

Solution: Ensure the power supply is connected. If the mains power is being used through the mains adaptor, then check that the mains adaptor is working by reverting to the battery pack.  Remove the mains adaptor when using batteries.

  • Is the sensor light flashing a single top red LED slowly, or not at all when a hand is placed in front of it?

Solution: There is likely to be low battery power. Change the batteries.  If the mains power is being used through the mains adaptor, then check wiring and contact Cistermiser on 0118 969 1611 for advice.

  • Flush volume is too low.

Solution: Ensure full flush time is correct (default 3 seconds), so all water is flushed from the cistern. Refer to the EasyflushEVO Installation Guide, Valve set up (section 4).

Adjust flush valve and fill valve height to change the full flush volume.

  • No obvious indicator, Sensor LEDs are OK.

Solution: Check fill valve and flush valve are aligned with the water level. Ensure cistern is level. Check manual activation lever to down (neutral position).

Q
I have completed the installation but there is a continuous water flow into the pan from the cistern. What can I do?
A

Things to check:

  • No obvious indicator.

Solution: Water flowing through the overflow; ensure that the water entering the cistern is being shut off by adjusting the float accordingly. If the float is set too high, water will continuously flow into the cistern and out of the overflow.

Q
The toilet flushes when in use. What could be causing this?
A

Things to check:

  • Working as normal otherwise.

Solution: Ensure that the sensor is mounted in the correct position. Refer to the EasyflushEVO Installation Guide, Sensor positioning (section 5).

Ensure the sensor range is also correctly configured. Refer to the EasyflushEVO Installation Guide, Advanced setting guide (section 9).

Q
I have completed the installation but still experiencing issues. What can I do?
A

Things to check:

  • Does the sensor display flashing double red bottom LEDs?

Solution: This could be due to faulty wiring so check the wiring carefully. Alternatively, this could be due to a faulty solenoid. If so please call Cistermiser on 0118 969 1611 for advice.

  • Does the sensor display a flashing single red top LEDred flash once every second?

Solution: Either there is low battery power. Change batteries. If the unit is being operated by mains power, then check wiring and then contact Cistermiser.

  • Does the sensor display flashing triple red LEDs?

Solution: Sensor is either covered or heavily scratched. Uncover sensor or polish out scratches on sensor.

  • Does the sensor display flashing double red top LEDs?

Solution: This could be due to a servo motor obstruction. If so please call Cistermiser on 0118 969 1611 for advice.
