Washroom lights not operating Indicator:
Water Supply & Fans operating normally but no lights
Cause:
External Light source affecting ambient light sensor | Solution: - Move light source
- Move sensor
- Adjust ambient light sensitivity as per Instruction Manual

Indicator:
No operation from any component
Cause:
No power | Solution:
Ensure power supply is good and check all connections and Fuses. |
Indicator:
No operation from any component
Cause:
Sensor mounted Incorrectly | Solution: - Position sensor where it will detect movement
- Ensure sensor is positioned away from door and other objects
- Position Sensor No higher than 2.4 Metres above the floor level

Lights and fans operate as normal but water supply does not turn off Indicator:
Water still operates even though the lights and fans have timed out
Cause:
dv/dt is affecting the operation of the solenoid valves | Solution:
Attach supplied snubbers to output terminals 5+6 /Cold 1+2 & 7+8/Hot 1+2 (if Fitted) |
All functions permanently on Indicator:
All controlled functions still function after timed outputs have elapsed
Cause:
Key switch on | Solution:
Turn key switch off and test |
